We believe our veterans and first responders should be celebrated year-round. When you buy or sell through Windermere Real Estate’s Military on the Move^® or HEROES programs, you’ll receive a cash rebate based on the actual sales price— right at the closing table. 

For example, if you purchase a $350,000 home and the commission earned by the broker representing you is $10,500, then you will receive a $1,750 rebate at settlement. There is no dollar limit on your rebate.
